Our target market are hotels, restaurants, hospitals , day care centers and homes whom we supply with our arguably the best preservative free and additive free dairy products.
We are known for maintaining the nutritional value of our products by enduring they are as organic as possible.
These include (but not limited to) probiotic Yoghurt, cultured milk (maziwa lala), cheese ,gelato ice cream, milk-based popscicles .
We have also been awarded and popularly known for providing comprehensive training programs for individuals of all ages interested in creating a variety of dairy products, including ice cream, cultured milk (maziwa lala), milkshakes ,both for home use and commercial purposes.
Esther Macharia, a certified and renown trainer in value addition to dairy is the the founder and head of research and development at E-Bakers Creations who doubles up as the recipe developer and the head trainer. She has successfully trained over 2000 individuals across East Africa in value addition , empowering aspiring entrepreneurs to harness their creativity and launch successful ventures in the culinary industry.
The training is intensive, interactive and hands-on which is also followed by 6-months mentorship through WhatsApp groups and scheduled visits to students' production premises to ensure the students are able to produce on their own with minimore or no errors .
This has created employment for many and enabled many to venture into an additional source of income .
Our training programs cover every aspect of dairy product production, from ingredient selection and recipe formulation to production techniques and quality control. Participants receive hands-on experience, expert guidance, and industry insights to help them master the art of creating delicious and nutritious dairy products.
